Summer Mission to Cuba

This page contains information for the group of young missionaries from the Missionary Society John Paul II that will join the Diocesan Missionary Team from Santa Clara from August 11 to the 20 to do missionary work in the diocese of Santa Clara under the guidance of Mons. Arturo González, bishop of Santa Clara. 

All the missionaries are required to fill-out an Application for a Religious Visa from the Cuban government  There are two forms: AO-10 for those of you that were born in Cuba, and AO-3 for those who were born in any country other that Cuba (regardless of where you parents were born).  You may download the forms from the following hyperlinks:

AO-10 - For missionaries who were born in Cuba.
AO-3  - For missionaries who were born in any country other than Cuba.   

The form is due by Tuesday, June 29, 2010 at midnight.  The form must be filled-out and signed.  You must also send a 2x2 passport picture in color.  In the picture you must be facing the camera.  The picture must show part of your shoulders and all of your head.  Do not wear glasses, earrings, or caps.

The cost of processing the visa is US $120.00.  This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.  You must pay for your visa at the time you submit your application.  Use the "donate" button below to securely make your payment.  If you have any questions, please contact Andrés Trujillo at a.trujillo@missionarysociety.org.
